I attended a couple of Dr. Alyn's leadership seminars at the Firehouse Expo in Baltimore, Md. which led me to buy her book. Book was a very easy read and kept me wanting to turn to the next chapter. Being a manager of a business and a Volunteer Fire Chief I could relate to many of the topics in dealing with people and personalities. I highly recommend this to any "Leader" whether a your a Fire Officer, Business Owner, Manager, Teacher, or any other role where you lead people. I know you will be inspired to be a better leader after you read it and you will end up inspiring others. You may actually learn a lot about yourself as well.
